UNITED ARAB EMIRATES BUSINESS OWNERSHIPHow it works

OUR APPROACH

Evidence before commitment.
Permission before disclosure.

The stage of the venture and the stage of your decision should always be clear. Here is what is available now, and what would come later.

01

NOW / PRE-LAUNCH RESEARCH

Understand interest.

Submit your acquisition criteria or outline an owner objective. No business availability is promised. No mandate, brokerage service or fee obligation is created.

02

BEFORE COMMERCIAL LAUNCH

Establish the operating framework.

Confirm the appropriate business activity and permissions, the service scope, legal identity, contact channels and information-handling arrangements. Publish only real, owner-approved opportunities.

03

FUTURE / SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT

Progress with a defined process.

Agree terms, review fit and obtain owner approval before identifying disclosure. Parties would assess evidence with their own appropriate advisers before any transaction.

A CLEAR BOUNDARY

Interest today.
No implied commitment.

Can I browse businesses for sale?

Yes. Browse the owner-authorised anonymous summaries, including sale structure and seller-provided financial information where supplied. Availability can change and must be reconfirmed before proceeding.

What happens when I register interest?

Your brief records what you are considering so it can be reviewed. Registering interest does not reserve a business, create a mandate or guarantee a match. No brokerage or transaction service is currently offered.

Do I pay anything to register?

No. The proposed future model is a 5% buyer success fee at completion, subject to an agreed scope and written terms. Expressing interest now is free and creates no fee obligation.

What should an owner share initially?

A broad sector, location, timing and outline of objectives are enough. Leave out business names, sensitive records, patient or customer data and anything you are not authorised to share.
