What is collected.
If you submit a listing summary, the register additionally records the anonymous title and description, financial period, seller-reported figures, their stated basis, authority confirmation and publication permission. These are private until an owner review approves publication. Your name and email are never included in public listing data. You may request withdrawal using the contact form. If you submit the enquiry form, the register records your name, email, role, sector, location, budget range, timing, operating preferences, self-reported funding approach, message, consent and optional opinion on the proposed fee model. A previous acquisition-criteria reference may be retained on older submissions. Basic campaign labels or a referring website hostname may be recorded to understand how enquiries arrive; full referring-page URLs are not required.
Why it is collected.
The venture owner uses the brief to assess early interest, understand criteria and respond to the enquiry. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing, publish your details or create a mandate. No automated email is sent by this website.
Where it goes.
The interest register is stored in protected application files outside the public website folder on AEserver hosting. Access to the enquiry workspace is restricted to the venture owner. Enquiry briefs remain private. Approved listing summaries and the financial assumptions expressly authorised for publication can be displayed publicly; contact details stay private. This notice does not promise that infrastructure processing is confined to the UAE.
Local preferences and security.
Any saved preferences from previous previews can be cleared using your browser’s site-data controls. Enquiry names, email addresses and messages are not saved in browser storage. Temporary hashed abuse-control keys may be used to limit automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry register.
Access, correction and deletion.
The owner can review and delete individual entries. To request access, correction or deletion, use the general enquiry form with your brief reference and the email used for the original submission. The owner will need to confirm the request relates to your information. Briefs older than 180 days are removed on the next register submission or owner review. There is no background schedule promising deletion at an exact deadline; the owner can delete an entry sooner.
Keep sensitive information out.
Do not upload or paste patient, customer or employee records, confidential financial statements, identification documents or information you are not authorised to share. No document upload is available.
Current stage.
